Renée J. Bordeaux is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise.  She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Connecticut.  Renée received a scholarship award for excellence in nutrition practice and was named New England scholar.

Renée has been in practice since 1997.  She has worked for the UConn Dept of Nutritional Sciences, New Britain General Hospital’s "Fit Kids" program, WIC (Women, Infants and Children), Community Health Center and the Department of Navy Health Promotions.  In 2007 Renée opened her private practice office in West Hartford, CT.  She also works per diem for the Institute of Living Eating Disorders Program.  Each day she draws upon her many years of experience and combines that with new knowledge to remain up to date with the most current information to share with her patients.  


As a teenager, Renée was inspired by the quote “If you don’t take care of your body, where are you going to live?” She believes that good, wholesome food is the very foundation of a healthy body and mind.  She enjoys working with adults and children and emphasizes family centered nutrition and physical activity.  She pairs her nutrition therapy plans with personalized fitness programs to compliment lifestyle needs.  Renée blends a strong background in cognitive behavioral and motivational principals to help you meet your wellness goals.
Jacqui Joyner graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.  Jacqui’s interest in nutrition began in high school when she worked at Canyon Ranch health spa.  She was surrounded by the healthy living mantra and became specifically interested in food and nutrition.

Jacqui was the vice president of the University of Massachusetts Nutrition Association where she coordinated nutrition talks across campus and volunteered with local organizations such as the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts, the Amherst Survival Center and the Western Area Massachusetts Dietetic Association.  Jacqui also led the Classroom Garden Project, a nutrition intervention aiming to increase vegetable consumption in pre-school aged children in the Headstart Program.


Jacqui started with Rezults by Renée in the summer of 2009 as an intern and worked part time during 2010.  She is now working as a consulting nutritionist at Rezults by Renée.  Jacqui has a passion for good food and nutrition and is a self-proclaimed "nutritionista" and foodie who loves to cook.  She also loves fitness and being active.  Jacqui enjoys working with children and adults and looks forward to helping you with your nutrition goals!
